We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging
• The item must not be damaged, washed, or worn
• You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation
Items returned after the return period may not be accepted.
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:
• Worn or used clothing
• Items damaged by the customer
• Sale or clearance items (if stated during purchase)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
• Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• The refund will be issued to your original payment method or provided as store credit depending on the payment type
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
